Booking Policy

• We accept online bookings. If you need to speak to us, our phone line is open from 1 PM on weekdays and from 11 AM on weekends or send us a WhatsApp message on 07405711464.
• Reservations between 5 PM and 8 PM are for 2 hours. Reservations after 8 PM are until closing time.
• To book a table upstairs for pre-dinner drinks, please call to check availability.
• For group bookings or special requirements, please contact the restaurant team.
• We will assign you a table on the day of your visit. Please let us know if you have a preference for a dining area. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability.
• Please specify any dietary requirements in the remarks section.
• During busy periods, there may be a wait. Please cooperate with the restaurant team.

• Deposit required: £10 for bookings of more than 8 guests and £10 for bookings on special days.
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, phone, or in person.
• Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled with 48 hours' notice, 50% refund if cancelled with 24 hours' notice, no refund if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
• Reduced guest count: If the number of guests is reduced without notice, the deposit may be returned in gift vouchers but not in cash.
